Take 10 pellets beginning at the start of travel and repeat every 2 hours until either 1. Jet lag stops OR 2. For two days Which ever comes first Usually the remedy will need to be continued for 2 days when traveling to distant time zones, such as when traveling to Europe or Asia from the US or vice versa. DO not take while sleeping (i.e. don't wake yourself up to take it, just take it when you awaken and commence the 2 hour intervals again).
